Welcome to FantasyButler ("we," "us," "our," or "FantasyButler"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the FantasyButler service, including our website (fantasybutler.app), WhatsApp alert service, and any related features (collectively, the "Service").

By signing up for or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. About the Service

FantasyButler is a subscription alert service for dynasty fantasy football players who use Sleeper. We send updates via WhatsApp, including but not limited to injury alerts, waiver wire suggestions, trade ideas, and related fantasy football content, generated using data from third-party sources including Sleeper and FantasyCalc.

FantasyButler is an independent hobby project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the NFL, Sleeper, FantasyCalc, Meta/WhatsApp, or any professional sports league or organization.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By signing up, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must provide a valid WhatsApp number and connect a Sleeper username. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account details up to date.

4. Subscription and Billing

• The Service is offered on a subscription basis at $10 AUD per season, billed annually.
• New subscribers receive a 30-day free trial. Your payment card is collected upfront and will be charged automatically at the end of the trial period unless you cancel before it ends.
• Billing is processed securely through Stripe. FantasyButler does not store your full payment card details.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each season unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time; cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will retain access until then.
• We do not provide refunds for partial subscription periods, except where required by Australian Consumer Law.

5. Nature of Content — No Guarantees

All injury alerts, waiver suggestions, trade ideas, draft grades, and other fantasy football content provided through the Service are for informational and entertainment purposes only. They are generated using third-party data sources (including Sleeper and FantasyCalc) that may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate.

FantasyButler does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any content, and nothing in the Service constitutes professional advice. You are solely responsible for any fantasy football decisions you make, including trades, waiver claims, and roster moves. We are not liable for any losses, missed opportunities, or league outcomes resulting from your use of the Service.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose;
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorised access to the Service or its underlying systems;
• Share, resell, or redistribute Service content on a commercial basis without our consent;
• Use automated means to scrape or extract data from the Service.

7. WhatsApp Messaging

By subscribing, you consent to receive messages from FantasyButler via WhatsApp, in accordance with WhatsApp's own terms of service. Message frequency will vary based on the NFL season, your league activity, and the features you use. You can stop receiving messages at any time by cancelling your subscription or contacting us.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on third-party platforms, including Sleeper, FantasyCalc, WhatsApp (Meta), and Stripe. We are not responsible for outages, data inaccuracies, or changes made by these third parties that may affect the Service.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and code associated with FantasyButler (excluding data sourced from third parties) is owned by FantasyButler. You may not copy, modify, or distribute this content without permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FantasyButler and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to fantasy football losses, league standing outcomes, or missed alerts due to technical issues.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy conferred by the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, including for breach of these Terms, without prior notice.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated where practicable.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia.
